Improve your quality of life
This book covers a topic that is becoming more and more important. As someone who has steadied Dementia and other brain related diseases, I know that these issues are becoming more prevalent. Thanks to this book you can learn so many easy to understand tools and tricks to implement into your daily life that can drastically improve either your own life or the life of a loved one who has begun to struggle. I highly recommend getting this book sooner rather than later and beginning to use these exercises and tricks before you start to notice a decline.

Very Helpdul
I really appreciate the way the author approaches the problem of dementia. The author holistically looks at the issue and gives you easy to follow techniques and strategies that you can do to help address the issue of memory loss and deterioration. The information I learned in this audiobook regarding nutrition, has been very helpful. I love the approach of being as proactive as you can, and then treating dementia proactively from holistic standpoint. It is such a comprehensive and organic approach. This is the best audiobook I found on the subject.
