A Simple No Cost Way to Lose Weight
This book is an easy read, providing a new, no cost approach to weight loss. Not another eating or diet plan, this book offers an inventive and intriguing way of thinking to help a person understand why they eat. This allows a change in thinking which over time changes a person's relationship with food., which is key to weight loss. It is simple, yet not always easy as the book points out. To assist in the process, there are many helpful ideas and thoughts presented.
The book gets to the core issues of weight challenges that fad diets and weight loss products cannot address. No matter what, in order to lose weight permanently, our relationship to food has to change.
If you've lived a life of yo yo dieting or fad dieting without results, this is a must read.
