I wasn’t sure when I started this book if I would like it as much as I love her Blade and Rose series but I do! It is a great story. I love the romance of it all! The narration was wonderful as well! Another Win from Miranda Honfleur!

narrator did a great job. Story was perfect. It kept me interested and entertained throughout. Miranda Honfleur is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors, second only to Sarah J maas!

I enjoyed this story. Good world building, sometimes predictable. Steam was subtle, but worked well with the story. Will definitely put other books by this author on my wishlist.

I definitely thought there was going to be more action with it being a Fey book but i ended up loving it just how it was! I laughed with the characters and they were relatable, even the bad guy! I love love love this book and can’t wait for more adventures with these characters!

I’m such a sucker for magic horses. They make the best wise mentor. Pretty low spice, I liked that the story was the focus and the spice was sprinkled on top. The story was fantastic.

loved the story line can't wait for the book 2. What I don't like is you catch us 9n the first audible yet the next 2 books r kindle. It does make me angry.

I like a fantasy romance and this gives you everything you'd want, a journey, character development, and an interesting world. The biggest problem I had with it was how confused I'd get about names, places and concepts. If I had read this rather than listened it might have been easier to follow.

What a great story. This my first book by this author and now I am hooked. It was filled with truth, courage and love. Alessandra was known to be a bit feisty at times. Her father decided to arrange marriages for his 2 daughters. Except he wanted to pair Alessandra with her sisters love. She would have none of it. She decided to trade and let Bianca have her happiness. She would marry the dark elf Veron. At first all she could do was try to think of ways to get out of it. Veron was raised by his mother to obey her since she was queen. He decided he had to make it work. As the 2 got to know each other they had many differences to work through & they faced a lot of obstacles as well. In the end since it was to bring peace between their people they decided to make it work. A great story full of wonderful characters. I can't wait for book 2.
