Publisher's summary

One great series in a single offering!

When destiny is involved there are no chances.

On the night of Graelyn's upcoming birthday, he and his Dawnborn lover, Myra, planned to escape his tyrant father.

However, the night of their departure, a Duskborn assassin comes looking for Gray even as an insatiable, unknown Hunger blooms within him. Attacked and framed, they flee for their lives, only to be captured by orc pirates. They encounter an orcish druid, who has dreamed of a figure shrouded in darkness—a prophecy foretelling the salvation or ruination of the land of Uncanny.

Still tracked by an assassin, can Gray and Myra clear their names, or when Gray’s true heritage is revealed will they be hunted forever?

Underworld meets Harem

Amazing story with great plot and world building...but disliked the male Narrators voice at times ...but this is the male version of underworld with a harem ...Love the bonding and graphics scene

great series

Fantastic series, I like it when a series has an end goal and doesn't drag about. This series was very well written and performed although it's a bit jarring the narrator change.

Enjoyable story

I always love a good deal for my credit so these Omnibus are a first choice. The change in narration wasn't noticeable. For the authors first series, it was quite good.

I just couldn't like it.

While it was far from the worst Audiobook I've listened to I couldn't continue after the first two hours. There were far too many little inconsistencies that broke my immersion into the story.

For instance. Keep is under attack. Lord Grey kills attackers with the help of some patrolling guards. So of course those guards would stay with him and protect their Lord while attempting to rescue other famy members. Even if he is the grey sheep he is still a member of the Main family. But no. The Guards go back to patrolling. Why? No Idea.

Far too many of these issues crop up for me to enjoy this book.
