Connection

This book is fantastic. It helped me connect all of the setbacks I experienced over the last 6 months and the last 15 years I have been quitting. I’m taking my last puff of my vape tonight and will not pick it up again.

Update: Its been 24 days since I have last vaped. I have gone back and referenced this book a few times over that last 3 and a half weeks. I purchased the hardcopy after and reread a few of the chapters. This helped cement the ideas on this book into my brain.
