About this listen
After the nuclear holocaust, New York City became a zombie-ridden chaos where no sane man would willingly go. But Blade and his men had to venture into the fallen metropolis. For a renowned scientist claimed the solution to the world’s food shortage lay hidden beneath the city, and he needed them to find it. If the warriors succeeded in their quest, there would be shouts of joy - if they failed, the world would die without a whimper.

One of the best series in post apocalyptic fiction
Endworld 10 had the usual cast of characters known in this series. Alpha triad is requested to retrieve very valuable canisters in what is left of New York. Of course, in this series, nothing goes as easy as it first sounds. About a year and a half has passed in this world and with it families have grown in the meantime. The technics are introduced living in Technic city (formerly known as Chicago)and they have advanced technology, hence their name. I love the dichotomy between the home and the technics, and it’s more than just the differences in the level of technology the two have. It’s also great to see other warriors get the spotlight. This also introduces for the first time, the “amphibious mode” of the S.E.A.L. It is also the first introduction to “zombies” in this universe, not counting the other newer books in the precursor novels.
Love these books, I’ve mentioned in many reviews I discovered this series in my teenage years and collected every volume, until something unfortunate happened to my collection. I love that they are being converted into audible/kindle books. I check every month to see if any new ones have been added.
Great book, great series.
