Justifying its title with Elaborate Knowledge

"Narcissist's Playbook" by Sarah Cohen is amazing if you're trying to wrap your head around the whole personality disorder maze and are fascinated by their studies like me, or just trying to steer clear of the manipulative whirlwinds in your life. It's like Cohen has this knack for breaking down super complex stuff about narcissists, psychopaths, and sociopaths into bits that actually make sense. The book is chunked out into sections that focus on each personality type, making it super easy to digest and refer back to, which I found incredibly helpful. The real kicker for me was the depth she goes into about recognizing and defending yourself against these types. It's not just your run-of-the-mill advice. Cohen gets into the nitty-gritty, offering up strategies that feel like they're tailor-made for anyone who's ever found themselves on the receiving end of this kind of abuse. It’s packed with insights and I ended up bookmarking a ton of segments for future reference.

Gives good insights about how narcissists think

I'm a magnet for narcissists and have been dealing with manipulative people all my life. I'm just tired of being used, abused, then left behind. I knew I had to learn to be a better judge of people and I had to learn how to spot narcissists before I even let them into my life and do damage, so I've been reading a lot of books to arm myself with knowledge. I've already read a number of other books and this one is definitely one of the best ones. I like how it reveals the inner workings the narcissist and the empath minds, their differences, and how to be more sensitive like an empath so you can become better at spotting narcissistic traits and defend yourself from them.
