A man of great faith

Anyone who believes in angels and communicating with them will love this book. He absolutely has great faith.

Encouraging!

A quick set of experiences that illustrate how many encounters with Jesus and angels take place in the world today. The story of the "hunt" was especially evocative for me, having been hunted, and saved, in similar ways.

Not a "how to," but sometimes all you need is to know you're not alone....

Stories are great

I'm going to be honest. The stories about angel encounters are interesting at all get out. They are full of hope and love, everything you would expect, but the narration is off. It almst sounds like Clinger is reading each word individually. It takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, you don't notice, but the time that it takes is not insignificant. I don't know what happened, but I have to be true and say that this could have been a much higher rated book if not for the vocal snafu. Otherwise, the stories are interesting and worth your time.

Good information and encouragement

Would you listen to My Radical Encounters with Angels again? Why?

I do plan to listen to the book again as there is good information in the book. It took me awhile to get used to the narrator as he deliverance was difficult to listen to.

What was one of the most memorable moments of My Radical Encounters with Angels?

Each encounter the writer had with an Angel was very interesting and the way he describes how Angels appeared to him.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The narrator read as if he was keeping time such as 3/4 time. It was difficult to get used to the way he read, but I was more interested in the information that he was delivering than in the way he read the information.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When the author wrote about his encounter with the homeless man as well as the businessman and he chose not take his ex wife to court for the right to see his son.

Any additional comments?

Over all, this is a good book. Now that i have gotten accustomed to the way the narrator reads, it will be easier to listen to the next time.

Good content

Struggled to listen to it because the narrator 's reading didn't flow. It made it difficult to finish. I was so disappointed. I had already read the book so I knew it would be great but not listening to the reading of it.

Excellent

This was a great story about angels and encounters with angels told with several different stories. I enjoyed learning about angels and how they can affect and influence your life. It's just a matter of turning in and being aware of their presence in your everyday life.

robot narrator?

What disappointed you about My Radical Encounters with Angels?

This was not narrated by anybody! It seems liked it was ran through an auto-reader system and it was terribly hard to listen through!

How could the performance have been better?

It should've been narrated by a real live human being.

very poor reading

1. The narrator did a impossibly poor job. It sounded as if a machine-gun were reading it.
2. Message: God does take care of his children. This message is strong.
3. Over all: I, my mine and me is written far too often throughout the short essay. The author seems to constantly validate himself. God is our validation. We need only to speak his words. the constant validation was annoying at best. Just tell the story and trust in God. God is able get his point out without us. If he chooses to involve us,it is for our growth.

This is the worst audiobook narration I have heard

The "narration" sounded like a horribly dated text-to-speech software, with mid-sentence pauses in illogical places. The content of the book itself wasn't too bad, but the narration made finishing this book a chore.
