Written in late 1800's

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

If I were talking about female authors from the late 1800's.

If you’ve listened to books by Madeline Yale Wynne before, how does this one compare?

I have been interested in Women's studies over all and so have check out a couple writings from this period, but never this author. I imagine that it was quite powerful for a woman to be published at all back then! My Grandmother was the first woman to vote in her county and very proud of that!

What three words best describe Russell D. Jones’s voice?

Archaically true to time!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Just cute , well written play on words and it may have been for Children or Adults.Which at least made me smile, if for that only. Not many appropriate for little children and adults these days.
