About this listen

He’ll keep her safe, no matter the price.

Investigative reporter Ellie Holmes has uncovered billionaire Devlin Saint’s dark and dangerous secrets, and he has both stripped away her protective armor and tamed the wildness within her. Bound by a shared past and the hope of a blissful future, they grow even closer, each exposing more of themselves as their love deepens.

But now that Devlin’s true identity has been publicly revealed, old enemies appear, intent on destroying Devlin. And while he vows to enlist all of his resources to protect her, Ellie soon realizes that the only way to save them both is to take the last, final step to fully join Devlin in the dark.

Wow what a finish!!

This is the third and final book in the Fallen Saint trilogy and what a wild ride! So many unexpected and thrilling twists that just when you think it’s over there’s more around the next corner. The love story between Devlin and Ellie is the centerpiece of the book and their struggles and triumphs are the icing on the cake. Lance Greenfield and Veronica Worthington did a fantastic job inhabiting these characters and I am glad it had both POV’s for this final book.

J Kenner is now and will continue to be my favorite!!!

Devljn and Ellie are in live.. their relationship is fraught with outside interference! Someone tried to run her over…. And when you find out who.. you’ll be as angry as I was!!!

Devlin gets outed for who he used to be. He’s worked his whole life to separate himself from who his father was. He has no desire to be associated with any of it. But now.. someone is out to make him pay…. And The Who and why will make you think.

I loved this series! Lance Greenfield and Veronica Worthington did a wonderful job with the narration!!

Great Story, but the narrators

It’s not that the narrators were bad, they are very good. They are just in no way the characters. J Kenner usually nails the voices for her characters and these books just did not get the voices they deserved. I wanted to love these 3 books, I hoped the narration would grow on me. It didn’t and left me feeling blah about the series. I have listened to most of her books multiple times but can never see myself listening to this one again. The voices just didn’t match the characters she brought to life in the books.
