Cannot recommend highly enough!!

If anyone thinks about going on a mindfulness course, don’t do it, just listen this audiobook. I’ve always over worried and stressed about things sometimes obsessively and now for the first time my mind feels free to enjoy and appreciate life. This is an excellent book, I’m now a very calm relaxed person and I’m enjoying the new me.

It helps calming down my emotion

I love this audiobook for its relaxing music and the narrator's soothing voice which help release the anxiety or anger. Recently I had some problems in my social relationship, and I felt so frustrated and upset. By following and breathing with the narrator, I feel the sensation and mindfulness in my mind, and there's nothing to be angry at. Many thanks to this peaceful and joyful listen. Recommended to everyone.

I needed this!

I had an idea I needed to take time for myself and I finally did with this audio. What I didn't know is how much it would help me. I feel less burdened and have let go of my anger. I will make this part of my weekly routine. Good job!

Absolutely Beautiful

So effective!

This works beautifully! I could totally feel more relaxed and at peace after listening to this audiobook. The narrator's voice is superb as well, very calming. Looking forward to more books from these guys!

A unique experience!

I acquire books on meditation quite a lot as I do enjoy them. I must say – this one is so different.

The background sounds of chirping birds and soft music had me going from the get-go! I like the pace, and I like the detail. Great book!

Very relaxing!

The narrator's voice is very nice, calm, soft, and peaceful. The background melody and the sound of nature nicely accompany the voice over. It's very easy to relax and follow the voice for the meditation.
