Practical Strategies
As a parent, raising teeagers was a challenge... Luckily we passed that stage, just wished I had this book then to help my kids understand, control and regulate thoughts that run in their active brains. A handy tool for Teens and parents
This is a great book including handy tools for both teens and parents. This two in one bundle has provided collective tools for empowering and inspiring. As youth it can be so challenging to manage stress, anger, time, depression etc. But with book one will be on top of the game by practicing these tools. At times we as parents are overwhelmed by emotions and frustrations with the tools in the book one will be able to cope. The author also provided holistic approaches for one to use to maintain a good head space.
