SUCH AN INFORMATIVE READ
This 2-in-1 bundle set is excellent. One is for teenagers, while the other is for parents to assist teenagers. For the sake of their mental health, parents and teens can engage in a variety of holistic activities and approaches. For parents and teenagers, there are resources for managing stress, anxiety, depression, coping mechanisms, and more. Everything is covered in this workbook in a kind and understandable manner. Strongly recommended.

Terrific mindfulness & mental health guide

A handy tool for Teens and parents
This is a great book including handy tools for both teens and parents. This two in one bundle has provided collective tools for empowering and inspiring. As youth it can be so challenging to manage stress, anger, time, depression etc. But with book one will be on top of the game by practicing these tools. At times we as parents are overwhelmed by emotions and frustrations with the tools in the book one will be able to cope. The author also provided holistic approaches for one to use to maintain a good head space.
