About this listen
The two meditations here were created especially to help you cultivate the qualities of resilience that some people are born with, but most of us need to learn. Regular practice of these meditations can also reduce your stress, improve your sleep, and help create the optimal health and energy you need at all times, but particularly in changing times.
Meditation #1: Generating Strength, Ease, and Clarity will help you reduce stress and increase vitality. Meditating on the three classic energy fields in the belly, heart, and brain balances and refreshes your physical and mental energy and prepares you for creative insight and effective action.
Meditation #2: Cultivating Compassion is based on an ancient practice that helps you generate wellbeing and kindness toward yourself and all beings. Modern medical research confirms its healing effects on mind, emotions, and the physical body.

Strength ease and clarity
The second meditation is centering and takes me through a full loving kindness thought process in a gentle yet systematic way. A go to meditation for good and challenging times both.
