A Simple Way to Find Your Calm Place!
I heard a lot about Meditation lately but didn't know much about it, or where to start, or how to start. I was a bit sceptical at first as I didn't think this would help me as I've always been a person that has to stay busy and be thinking about things. This book has really changed my perspective! It approaches and explains this practice in a way that I understand and breaks all the techniques down in small incremental steps that are doable for me to follow. I'm usually very busy but now when I even have five or ten minutes I am able to clear my mind and pick one or two things to focus on. The result is that I feel more relaxed and focused on being able to get to the rest of my day without being too stressed about what I need to accomplish. I'm still trying to get the hang of it and some days I do better at it than others but on a whole I'd say that this is Meditation is really working. If you've ever thought to try it yourself you'll find this book very helpful. It will give you the basics to get started.

Found My Peace in the Chaos!
I was always skeptical about meditation. I thought it wouldn’t suit my lifestyle. But as I started to feel the stress of work pile up. I gave this book a shot. It broke down meditation into simple, manageable techniques that fit right into my daily routine. Just a few weeks in and I’m already feeling more centered and calm. Good book
The book has everything you need to know about meditation. It goes in depth and explains the different types of meditation, how to integrate them in our busy life, its benefits, all in an easy and simple language.
I can relate to Anna's story who was practicing meditation, but did not see any changes until the author was able to pin point what Anna was doing wrong!
I really appreciate the section about (the art of single-point focus) as it is very common to have a tornado of thoughts during a meditation session, the author walks you through what needs to be done so you can get the most out of the session.
Also the narrator's calm voice helped me to enjoy the audio and I really liked that a pdf copy of the book is available.
