Lackluster Meditation
Regarding the information in this book, this is nothing new or revolutionary or inspirational. There are many fantastic, well-written Hypnobirthing books and courses and this just falls flat. The information is more like self-affirmation from the standpoint of someone who is practiced in these methods. And some of it I didn't personally agree with.
Additionally, there are only two meditations, set to different background music/sounds. For some reason, the background music/sounds did not work for me. Not sure if it's this book or the app but now I have a wasted credit, mediocre hypnobirthing book, and uninspiring meditations.

Audio is terrible
The audio suuuuucks.I don’t know if it was my headphones or if there’s something weird with my internet or battery but it sounded terrible. It wasn’t relaxing because the audio was so bad very uncaptivating voice. Hard to get into

disappointed
I was disappointed to realize that instead of 3 hours of guided meditation or affirmations, this recording is really 2 half hour sections that each repeat 3 times. The chapters are labeled inaccurately as well, since they each indicate there will be some kind of relaxing background music or sounds to accompany the recording. Maybe that would have explained the repeated same two sections of meditation. But there was no music in the recording!
Overall it was not worth using a credit on what amounts to a single hour of meditation. I haven't found a better pregnancy or birth themed option on audible, so I'm still giving it three stars, but the stars are just because there aren't better options.
