Publisher's summary

In a town where magic hums in the air and the moon holds ancient secrets, my new neighbor isn’t just a man—he’s an alpha werewolf shifter, bound to me by fate in ways neither of us can escape.

I’m the disappointing daughter of the town’s high witch, expected to wield power like my ancestors, but my magic barely flickers. Brian, on the other hand, is everything I’ve been warned against: a Navy SEAL with a body carved from stone and eyes that burn with untamed fire. He’s also everything I secretly desire.

Our families have been sworn enemies for generations—magic and beasts are never meant to unite. But when I kissed him in that crowded bar, it wasn’t just to make my ex jealous. It ignited a passion in me that I never knew existed.

We are fated mates, but the truth that binds us could also destroy us. My family can never discover Brian’s shifter identity, and he can never learn that it was my magic that cursed him. Trusting our love is dangerous, but denying it could shatter us both.

In a world where magic and reality blur, can we defy our destinies, or will our secrets tear us apart?

Author's Note: This steamy HEA standalone novel is full of twists, explicit love scenes and everlasting love. Intended for 18+ audiences.

Pretty good

I like the story, the virtual voice throws it off in a few places as it usually does.

Good story

Good story but it reconciled a tad bit quickly . I wish it had a male and female computer generated narration.

Excellent Narration

The AI narration was amazingly lifelike. Unlike others that I've listened to, I could not tell that this narrator was not human.

Alright

A little too predictable. Good thing it's a short story. Not super enthralling like others.

Vividly detailed transformations

I enjoyed the virtual voice for this book, surprisingly. It was a decent voice and it read through pretty well, even in moments of emotion. The story line was pretty well developed, it was a nice quick read. The greatest strength in this book was the authors detailed descriptions of the werewolf transformation.

Good story but

AI voice no warm or expressions like human voice actors. I did not like it, but better than a bad actor I guess.

I like the story but author missed out on a lot of areas that could have been expanded on. Overall I liked it.

Great book!

Enjoyed the storyline, I do wish there was a little for devastation though! The more distraught the more enticing!

A witch with a werewolf

I love how it ended the best. It had a lot of magical moments in the story.
