A seal becomes a Navy SEAL in this children's adaptation of the number one New York Times best-selling Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life...and Maybe the World by Admiral William H. McRaven.

As Skipper the seal embarks on Navy SEAL training, he and his hardworking friends learn much more than how to pass a swimming test or how to dive off a ship. To be a great SEAL, you also have to take risks, deal with failure, and persevere through tough times - just as you do in life. (And always remember to make your bed!)

In this entertaining children's adaptation of his number one New York Times best seller, Admiral William H. McRaven shares life lessons from Navy SEAL training and encourages young listeners to become their best selves.

Inspiring, Inspiring, Inspiring!!

I loved everything about this short but sweet inspirational message. I will pass this book on to my family and friends big & small. We all can use a little nudge or push sometimes to reach and achieve our goals and for me this tiny jewel of a read is a place to get it!

Nice book for kids but

I loved the content but thought adding the necessary credits to the recording took away from the pleasure of listening to the content.
Maybe would be better to separate the book content from the credits part so it stops playing once the book is finished by saying : the end and after a gap of silence a different voice than the admiral reads the credits. This way admirals voice will not go from sincere and narrative to commercial and advertised all in a row. I was enjoying the book part and then I got annoying that the book is finished it continued on to reading the credentials with the same tone and voice and turn the whole thing into a commercial propaganda. This Recording has a potential for improvement in my opinion.
Just so I’ve done my part of constructive criticism. I’m still buying the book version and send it to my niece and nephew. I’m not sure I want to share the Audible version. Best of wishes to the admiral. His children should be happy to have him as a father.
