A Perfect Guide to Living Healthy
There is so much information in this book to help anyone get healthy. No need for extreme dieting or working out like a maniac. It's great for all ages too. The tips here aren't overwhelming. Anyone who has a mind to do it, can reach their goals with this book as their guide. I loved the fun challenges and will be practicing some of the nutrition suggestions. Very highly recommended.

Honest Advice that Really Motivated Me
Listening to Longevity Now, Aging Later by Claudia Loren really made me stop and think about how I’ve been treating my health. Claudia speaks in a way that feels direct but caring.
