The narration was one of the best I have heard. I don’t care for the music. Storyline was a bit predictable but characters were very well developed. Rather short but worth the credit.

I've never left a review before, but I believe this story deserves one. This book has it all. Danger, Mystery, and Romance. The perfect amount of all three. It is a beautiful story brought to life by an amazing narrator, whose reading actually brought tears to my eyes. Also the music at the beginning and end of the chapters added such a beautiful touch. I highly recommend this book.

Colleen Coble is a favorite “go to” author for me. I know I can trust her to create a mystery with suspense without unnecessary vulgarities. This novel is no exception.
The narrator is superb!
Although I suspected the antagonist, Coble does not reveal the identity until the end of the story. Her clues are so vague that I could not be certain until the identification scene.
The scenery is one I know from visits to the area. Texas wildflowers beautifully adorn the roadways and pastures, especially during the spring and summer months.

As with all of Colleen’s books, absolutely beautiful stories, with no blasphemy or foul language with very unexpected twists in the story. Thanks you for such a fantastic story.

this is the first time I've ever given less than five stars for any book. but the character Rick in this book let me tell you I would have slapped and silly the first time he opened his mouth at me.

Oh man the music was annoying and cheesy. Who puts music in between each chapter. Storyline was ok but the fighting between couple was annoying. Story like as real as My favorite Martian
