This beautiful story is dear to my heart and is based on actual events that took place at our home ~15 years ago; where Oreo and Lizzy became very good friends, and together we enjoyed a daily routine that brought a huge smile to our days.
The release of this book is in commemoration of Oreo, who recently crossed the rainbow bridge into puppy Heaven. I imagine him watching over me with the same endearing smile he always wore, especially when indulging in one of his favorite pastime: chasing birds. Reflecting on his antics never fails to make me smile and warm my heart.
