About this listen
The foundation of the Christian faith is built on Jesus Christ and his word to us, the Holy Bible. This Biblical Foundation Series includes elementary principles every Christian needs to help lay a strong spiritual foundation in his or her life. In this fifth Biblical Foundation book, we discover that it is grace that motivates God to offer us salvation even though we did not earn it. In fact, we cannot earn it; it is a gift. Our salvation comes as a gift of God’s grace, and it can be accessed by our response of faith. God’s grace is present in our lives to save us - “the free unmerited favor of God on the undeserving and ill-deserving". Then we will look at the other side of God’s grace which is defined as “the power and desire to do God’s will”. The grace of God is literally “divine energy” that the Holy Spirit releases in our lives. God has given us supernatural provision to live a victorious life. God gives us an abundance of grace! We do not deserve any of it, but the Lord pours it on us anyway!
The foundation truths from the Word of God are presented with modern day parables that help you easily understand the basics of Christianity. Use this book and the remaining 11 Biblical Foundation books to lay a solid foundation in your life, or if you are already a mature Christian, these books are great tools to assist you in discipling others. Each book can be used as a daily devotional and includes discussion questions and teaching outlines for each section.

The foundation of the Christian faith is built on Jesus Christ and his word to us, the Holy Bible. This Biblical Foundation Series includes elementary principles every Christian needs to help lay a strong spiritual foundation in his or her life. In this sixth Biblical Foundation book we learn that due to Adam and Eve’s disobedience to the Lord when they chose to believe the lies of the devil in the Garden of Eden, we now live in a “cursed or fallen” world. In the fall of Adam, sin gained entrance into the human race.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.
