Incredibly inspiring and entertaining
Enjoyed the story of Joshua, easy read and very useful for understanding what goes on inside the mind of a person that suffers from BP disorder. I definitely recommend it for people who are either struggling with mental illnesses themselves or know someone that is. It was very well written and even funny at times! I bet it will inspire more ppl to be more open about this topic!

It is a story written from the heart
There is so much ignorance about mental illness and this book brings so much awareness, and does it from the unique perspective of someone who has battled mental illnesses for most of his life.
