About this listen

In book two of Steel MC Montana Charter: Pete "Cass" Coe, is a guy who doesn’t settle for just one woman, which earned him the road name "Cass" short for casanova. Newly patched into the Steel MC Montana Chapter, he's learning to fit in and become truly a part of the MC world.

Amelia Green, four months pregnant and fearful of her live-in boyfriend, Roger, ends up in the hospital with a broken leg. Additional complications have her in the ICU where, fearing for her children's safety, she confides to a nurse about the violence Roger bestowed upon her.

After the Steel MC is contacted regarding Amelia, they head out for a long trip to bring Amelia back to the ranch to see to her healing. During the trip back to the ranch, Cass finds himself drawn to the injured woman. Nicknaming her "Lil’ Mama", he finds himself her primary protector. For Amelia, having a man who allows her to make mistakes and call her beautiful on her worst day, dares the soon to be mother the right to dream of a place for herself and children.

Cass knows the women they are set to save are damaged and need time to heal. Consequences be damned, though, he wants to fight for her.

What happens when Amelia, like all the other women, is required to leave and never return to the MC once they’re healed? Will Cass be able to let her go?

Good book but Bad Narrator

Good Book but horrible narrator. I wanted so bad to download the rest of the series. I can't stand the narrator. She is dull, brings no life to the characters. I am so disappointed. Please try and get Troy Duran. For MC books, he is the best of the best. 🍷💞🤔

Lil’ Mama by Michel Prince
I bought this book and listened to the audio book.
After listening to book 1 and loving Cass, I had to jump into book 2 knowing it was about him. Cass the player was settling down. I admit I was shocked he was the next book but I loved seeing him fall for Lil’ Mama.
After book 1, the Charter MC decided to start helping women escape abusive relationships. Amelia is hooked up with them through a person at the local hospital when she spilled her dark secrets. The MC comes with Roadkill, Red, Cass and Hack. They all do their part to rescue her and take her to Montana to finish her pregnancy before moving on to her new life. The second that Cass sees her, he is interested and curious about the “Lil’ Mama”.
Amelia is battling demons but finds herself feeling a draw to Cass AKA Casanova. She worried he will be looking for a good time when she can barely handle her own emotions.
Cass and Amelia are the perfect fit for each other. After helping his sister Kristy deal with her demons, he is a bit more receptive to what Amelia might need. Amelia is also helping Cass prove to his MC buddies he is more then a good time guy. He accepts responsibility and is looking forward to more with Amelia. But the bond that Kristy and Amelia form is AMAZING!!!
The two have a slow burn of a relationship. Cass is always looking to prove he is her friend. He id not her ex. He WILL be a forever person in her life if she can accept him place in the MC. When they slowly start to open to what could be, they realize the emotions are more then they assume, and that love has been hiding all along. Cass is all in pretty quick, but he needs to show Amelia he is the man and the dad to her babies before she makes the decision on staying or leaving for her “new life”.
I liked the narration for the book. She was able to make the voices for the characters different enough, so I knew who was who.
I liked the pickup from book 1 into book 2 and I was excited to see the main female from book 3 was mentioned in this book as well. I enjoy the slight overlap in stories. I also enjoyed the twists or Amelia’s baby daddy and the rival MC causing drama for the club.
I am going to be burning my way through book 3, Hack, to get to book 4 because I am in LOVE with Baldy and I fell hard for Kristy in book 2.

NOPE!!!!

Absolutely not!! The storyline was alright, but the narrator, she’s a no go for me (I seriously had to tell my brain to focus). She was extremely dry which took away from the story. She had ZERO emotions, I couldn’t tell who was speaking the majority of the time, AND I completely forgot that the main female character was BLACK!! Seriously, it matters...everybody can’t portray everybody...js!!!!

Great Story

I have this book on my Kindle, but listening to it on Audible reminded me of how much I enjoyed peeking into the lives of Pete and Amelia.
