Helpful
Great! Helpful for those ever intruding thoughts. It is a bit over 24 minutes of the narrator telling you in a few ways to basically let the thoughts go. Yet it doesn't feel overly repetitive. My only small complaint is towards the end with the vocal stressing of the word "or". And really that isn't enough of an issue to be troubling. So just buy it! Feel free to use different methods than she mentions. Instead of seeing the thoughts as clouds they can be leaves going down a stream or paper boats. Whatever helps!
