Great advice - good listen.

Any additional comments?

I wish it had been longer. Great reading too (by author). This was helpful to me during litigation in small claims court against a large construction company. It helped me understand who I was dealing with, set my emotions aside, and ultimately settle a grand ahead of where I would have settled otherwise (which is saying something in SC small claims court).

I think Sun Tzu said something about knowing your adversary and letting him misjudge you. This book helped me understand the defendant, their attorney, and their paradigm. The rest is history.

$2 well spent.
