Elle parcourt le monde à la recherche de ceux qui ont des difficultés pour s'endormir, pour leur partager ses méthodes d'endormissement. Elle va faire des rencontres extraordinaires avec des animaux merveilleux et d'autres habitants de la terre à qui elle dévoile ses secrets, ses astuces pour s'endormir. Elle finit par partager tout cela avec notre jeune auditeur qui est sur le point de s'endormir... C'est ainsi que les enfants découvriront comment la Veilleuse du sommeil a appris à bâiller à Siméon le girafon, à Morissette la souricette à chasser ses idées noires, ou encore à Estrella le koala comment détecter ses propres signes de fatigue.
Dans cet épisode la Veilleuse va venir rencontrer le jeune auditeur, déjà couché dans son lit pour lui expliquer son travail et accomplir avec lui le rituel nécessaire pour se coucher tranquillement.

Unparalleled
I loved the music and her voice. I fell asleep so peacefully. I have trouble sleeping and this quickly did the job. Allow yourself one active listen so you know what the story is about and then just gently let her put you to sleep.
