Very Thorough
This audiobook is pack full of valuable information to follow the Keto diet correctly. I love the many yummy recipes and endless tips on how to optimize your weight loss and even how to prevent the flu like symptoms that usually comes when following this diet. I have seen changes already and I just started.

New to Keto
I've been reading about different diets trying to find one that is doable for me. Atkins has been around for decades, but is a bit restrictive for me. Keto seems more my speed. This book breaks down nutrition content of foods and has recipes. It's comprehensive, probably the only book you'll need for starting a Keto diet.

Great Recipes!
I have been on the keto diet for a while and have seen incredible benefits, but I was looking for more ideas and recipes. This book has easy meal plans and recipes that I am really enjoying. It also was a great refresher that I am doing the right thing for myself and my body by following this diet.

This book is special!
I have heard about Keto Diet from one of our physicians at work. He lost weight! So, I thought id try. There are so many keto diet books, and I literally got confused about which one is the best. Until I came across this book and never looked back since then. I highly recommend this. The science behind it is impressive!

New way to think about Keto
There are literally hundreds of similar books on this topic, but I found this one to be special. Not just food choice, but all the science in a very digestible (pun intended) format. This book is excellent.

Great Guide for Keto Beginners!
After hearing so much about the health benefits of a keto diet, I decided to give it a shot. My metabolism has slowed down significantly over the last decade and the weight gain was becoming an issue. After researching many keto diet books, I decided to try this one due to the all-in-one practicality of the science behind ketosis, easy to follow steps to get there and the recipes to help keep you there. This book s literally the ONLY book you need to adapt this lifestyle and start losing weight. I am already down 10 lbs! Delicious Recipies Make this Do-able!
After a year of less activity than normal, I am committed to changing my health for the better and this book will help me get there. I have tried some of the recipes and they are quick, easy and delicious. I feel informed about how keto works and looking forward to trying out more of the recipes in the book! Great book for anyone looking to lose those post Covid pounds.

This is the only book you will need
This book is great! You will get all the information to understand how Keto Diet works and why it works. The information is really well organized so it was easy to understand. You will get useful tips on how to start your Keto diet. All the receipts sound so good, and I am looking forward to trying a few things this week.
