I listened to Kane and Abel when I went for a walk with my dog. It made the walk interesting and time stood still. I know that this is not a new book by Jeffery Archer but the story was new to me. Jeffery Archer is visiting South Africa and coming to the Country Club near us. I so wanted to hear him speak but all seats were taken and there was a waiting list of 50 when I phoned for a place. Just shows how popular he is.

Best novel in history, excellently narrated

Possibly one of the best novels in history. The narrator is extremely good and did a superb job with the voices. The sound went robotic at times but I think it's a glitch, I didn't happen the first time I listened to the book, only during September 2021.

Just fantastic

Totally engrossing, its got all the emotions told in a compelling story. You can’t help getting emotionally connected to the characters. At the same time you can hear yourself shouting at them.

As my review title states, it really is a fantastic listen. I can honestly state without hesitation, that this is one of my all time favourites.

Hard To Forget

It was long and drawn out, plausible, and progressively sadder. I quite enjoyed that. If you are looking for a quick fix of a good time, then I'd say no to this. If you are patient and stay inside the character's heads, you'll be fine. Many good examples of how to go about gaining power in the world. And of how to lose it. The narrator did a really good job. Great accents.

A Most Amazing Story

Spellbound!! Brought me to tears!! A must read!!
Every part of this book by my favorite author is my favorite part. Just wish my Father In-law who introduced me to Jeffrey Archer was still alive. Oh how I would have loved discussing this story with him
