full of good points

What did you find wrong about the narrator's performance?

Fred Stella reads it very well, albeit a little to fast. I had to slow down my iPod. I wish it had been divided in chapters so that it would be easier to go back and forth.

Extremely helpful and covers so much information

I loved this book and have listened to it many times. Information for physical and mental health. If you choose to read, I suggest reading through once and just focusing on what works for you and less concern for the details and total comprehension.

Washed out message with a horrible vocal actor

Painful to listen to, the voice actor was not a good fit for the subject. The entire book read like a list of suggestions in an email. There was nothing profound, and this is certainly not a book written for people who already have their heads out of the sand.
