    Excellent value...now

    Initially I was disappointed and wrote a review that complained about not having access to the enhanced version of this book where one can find recipes and lists of acceptable foods etc. Audible has now made those things available through a seperate PDF download. I am now following the advice in this book. This evening I made the "Life Soup". It was easy, healthy and delicious. Overall, a good buy. Thanks Audible for responding to my initial concern.

    LIFE less

    Joy promotes a lifestyle that seems good in the long run. I disagree with the need to "purge" the body of certain desired foods. Its too bad that the appendix of the book is so long and not part of the audio but must be downloaded separately. The frequent stories became irritating to me. I felt like I was being deprived of information. Maybe this book was not a good choice for Audible.
