Great material especially if you’re new to this type of self improvement but the narrator… bro… I can’t imagine a worse performance. It’s so bad I thought it was one of those computer-generated readers, but not even they’re this bad. Even if they paid him a donut to read this they got ripped off. Buy the paperback.

Great material ruined by terrible narration

This book was worth the money and time. It reminded me of who I am and how I got here. I am grateful for this. I am glad I purchased this.

Simple read with very reasonable and direct ways to succeed. Powerlifting training and everything that requires goals and Visualizing, will benefit from the read.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Can't think of any as i was thoroughly disapointed in the quantity and quality of the material

What could Josh Bryant and Adam benShea have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Add more content to properly flush out their premise. There was barely enough content in this to fill a regular episode of a podcast

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Frank George?

N/A

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Thorough disapointment in wasting my money.

Any additional comments?

The version I received after downloading spent almost 2 minutes at the begining repeating the same message about 3 times regarding the authors and the title of the book. At one point I had to pull my phone out and look to check if I had inadvertently hit the rewind 30 seconds button. At one point I went to look up the authors thinking perhaps there was another book that they had written also titled "jail house strong" and that this was perhaps a companion piece. However, this does not appear to be the case. In the short 84 minutes that this "book" spans there are many reference by the authors to themselves and this very tome. In the past 4 years that I have been an active member of the audible community never have I wanted to go out of my way to write a review let alone a negative review. I wish I could get my money back for this one.

Sounds like a rough draft version or a bad podcast
