check in with your body in each Present moment!

The structure/layout of this read is very creative and interesting. It helped me reflect on how much I have healed my relationship with food, and gave me a window into what other people might be experiencing.

I would say the best thing I learned from this book is to check in with your body as often as possible and to get curious about the answers you receive. Our bodies have so much wisdom if we just allow ourselves to listen.

Designed for the extreme dieters

I struggle with yo-yo dieting and a dieter's mindset. This book is geared towards the chronic extreme dieting habits. I found the original Intuitive Eating book much more insightful.
