You should listen to it.

I think I have benefited greatly by purchasing that book. Because this book helped me to acquire some new knowledge. If you think about how to push agile beyond project-level than you should listen to it.

I finish this competitive one.

A beginner here and this audio guide is a good starting point. I've heard that a lot of companies are using it now. I plan on doing so after I finish this competitive one.

A superb introduction to anyone.

This is one of the best books I have to listen to Scrum as it summarizes all of the processes and roles very well. A superb introduction to anyone who wants to begin learning Scrum and what it is all about.
