Really Helps You Stay Focused!

These affirmations are great to listen to during a fast! If you constantly think about food when you're fasting, this is a great solution. You're constantly reminded of the end results of your fast and it helps you go through those hard moments when you experience cravings. Love it!

A good addition to my outine

I got this book via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This is another good addition to my arsenal of tools that are helping me to become my best self. I found the intermittent fasting ones most helpful. I wish that I could just isolate those so I could just listen to them.

Perfect motivation

This is great because it directly speaks to the struggles we may encounter with Intermittent fasting. Its a great motivator and reminder for why we are partaking in IF, how great we will feel, the benefits of it and keeping up the positivitiy as it may get difficult at times. this is great if you are just starting fasting regimen or refreshing for the benefits!
