This diet promises the maintenance of a healthier weight and body for life. One of the encouraging aspects of the diet is flexibility. You choose the days, but you're not bound to those days every week, so you can adjust it to whatever's happening in your life that week. You can vary it by dieting more than two days a week or do just one day a week.

I suppose I should review this audiobook, but I'm really going to review the diet. I have this audiobook, and it's a big part of what persuaded me to begin, but I think people might be interested in what the experience is like. This audiobook is helpful and motivational, but probably not essential in terms of getting into the practice. Nevertheless, I found it useful and it's a resource I can refer to others.

Nice Its going for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is working for me. I found this book full of tips and advice I will use.

I have listened to a lot of reviews that say you don't really have to listen to this audiobook to follow this diet, and that is technically true, but there is some good scientific information in there, as well as some motivation and details that make you think. It's an easy, quick listen so I highly recommend just doing it. I want to listen to it again just to go over the parts I loved about it.
