A bit misleading
I’m glad I read the book, however, when I was reading the description, I thought it was talking about how you can use things like body language and micro expressions to read other people. This book does not do that.
What this book is, is a way to understand how your own mind affects your body. It’ll give stories about other people and how people who suffer from depression or anxiety right active certain way,It will give you information about the nine personality types, it will talk about how to have techniques to cope with anxiety, depression, and procrastination.
This book is actually more like a therapy book to help you know yourself
Whoever wrote the brief description of this book, really did, in my opinion miss the gist of this book
