Gentle Yet Powerful Approach to OCD Recovery
This book introduced me to Internal Family Systems therapy in a way that made complete sense. Instead of treating OCD as the enemy, it teaches you to approach intrusive thoughts with compassion. The exercises were easy to follow, and I’ve already noticed a shift in how I respond to my obsessions.

IFS and OCD – A Perfect Match

Finally, a Book That Treats OCD with Compassion
