About this listen

Only a miracle can save Cain’s people from the combined assault of the Alon and the Sansein fleets.

His friends believe there is a super weapon capable of driving back their enemies but he has his doubts. To make things worse, a new rival now hunts Cain with a vengeance even as everything is falling apart.

From the void to the urban battlefields in Yansden City to the deepest jungles of the planet’s wilderness, Cain and his friends must search for the Black Phoenix. More than just a weapon, it is now the only chance they have to save both the Exodus Fleet as well as the people of Yandsen.

Time to go to work.

S Kaye

Who couldn’t just love these characters?! I’m never happy about bad language, but must say it was kept to a minimum. This book really helps to continue the story. Not boringly either. Tom you are always excellent in the Reaper series. Looking forward to next book!!!

it’s clobbering time!!

I really love this storyline. Coupled with the AI in you, all things are possible! I cannot wait for the next book.

Don’t force people to write reviews otherwise your books will end up with a bunch of 1 stars over this

Really have no interest in being forced to write a review and audible really has no business in forcing anyone to write a review when they finish a book

Great

Loved it and the narrators are very good and they made me feel like I was part of the story.

The Last Reaper

Book nine was better than I expected. Really good. This was my second time to listen to all nine books of the Reaper series. I’m ordering book 10.

Reaper delivers

Love this series. Only complaint is the audiobooks are to short. Feel like they could combine about 3 per Download.

This series is starting grow on me....

a bit cliche at first... but it's evolved into something interesting. Good development and interesting characters. just wish the episodes were longer.

needed a little more story...

needed a little more story, but I couldn't put it down. loads of action. but I would have appreciated more interaction among the refuting regular characters.

When does book 10-13 come out

Amazing series. When does the next book come out! This one has quite the cliff hanger.

Huge quality drop-off from previous installments

A large part of the bus book was filled with Cain being nonsensical which was frustrating and not enjoyable. Also, this one has the cliche “nothing like a bad love interest nobody wants to make things a LOT worse.” Elise and the rest of the characters are being reduced to telling Cain he’s making bad decisions (which he clearly is). Was this book just filler to sell a book until the last 33% of it where things actually start to happen/progress? Hopefully the next one has more substance and more sense.
