It is meant for young adults but can help anyone
I’ve always been shy and struggled with interacting in social gatherings, but this book broke it down in such a simple way that I felt like I could do it. The author provided excellent examples and tips to overcome social anxiety. I have started implementing these tips, and they have worked. I feel much less nervous starting conversations, and having fundamental strategies to lean on is excellent. Don't miss this one!
People today are in desperate need of social skills and especially since the pandemic where we were all tied to the hip of our screens and devices its only gotten worse. I am naturally a more reserved and shy person and this topic really stands out to me. The narrators voice is incredible and I would recommend anyone who struggles with social anxiety to give it a listen.
