nice book
I bought this book for my daughter whom is struggling to quit drinking which has done nothing but stop her from living, after 3 days of listening this book she said she gets it ,really gets it and she wants to read and re read it over and over. She is on her way to being SOBER for real

basically good
This book is basically The Easy Way to Quit Smoking rehashed for alcohol. Same principle, a repetitive but effective form of mild hypnosis, but it is highly effective in reframing your associations with alcohol. Haven't had a drink since.

This book uses a method that drills down beyond all of the conditioning and bulls*t surrounding a socially acceptable, highly addictive poison called alcohol, and gets right to the heart of the matter, and demystifies addiction. By the end of the book, I had to force myself to take that last drink. I'm free!
