Simple, helpful as I’m getting started.
This book’s charm is in its simplicity. It does not claim to be more than what it is, yet it effectively gives helpful advice in a succinct manner.
I have found the process of estimating rehab costs to be daunting, but this helps to bring the task within my reach. Well worth the Audible credit + 1.5 hours spent listening.
