A different side of Robyn Carr

I'm a perennial fan of Robyn Carr's romance. "House on Olive Street" is more a pure women's fiction of the highest quality. A hidden treasure, this title was most enjoyably narrated by Christina Moore.

Pleasant Surprise

Wasn't sure I'd like this book - the synopsis seemed kind of boring. But, the reviews convinced me to try it. I loved this book. The characters are well written, their stories are interesting and well told. And, the conclusion of the stories was satisfying - not just a quick wrap up so the book can end. Thoroughly enjoyable listen.

Robyn Carr's story of friends dealing with the unexpected death of one of their own. The right book at the right time. I really enjoyed it.

Great travel companion!

What a great departure from the other stories Robyn has done. Characters well developed,! I found myself sitting in the car after arriving home from my traverls, just to finish the chapter! Looking forward to others like this.

Wonderful and very different.

This isn’t a romance novel. It is a story of five truly human in every sense of the word, women who struggle and overcome. It is about change and abuse and how we perceive ourselves and most of all how our life as children affect us.
I highly recommend this book.

A story of female friendship.

I've listened to this book several times now. I love it all. The narration, the characters and the wonderful spectacle of a group of broken women supporting, growing and healing themselves and each other with love. It shows the real beauty that can result if women would just hold each other up.
