About this listen

At the end of House in Virginia 1, secrets were revealed and fates were sealed. With a premature decision, Karen put her heart and body in the hands of Kway, a man so heartless that he has been recklessly ruining the lives of many women in his path. Just as Karen starts to get what she has always been waiting for from her long-term boyfriend Jo, the walls of the infidelity that she committed with Kway come tumbling down at the exact second that Jo decides that it’s the perfect time to make her his wife. Blindsided by the possibility of deathly betraying Jo, Karen sprints away from Jo’s heartfelt, romantic proposal. What will he find when he takes off to chase her?

Pop’s sister, December, has also fallen victim to Kway’s savage wrath. However, Pop has decided to take Kway’s fate into his own hands. Yet, with Detective Robert Mackin secretly surveilling Pop, Jo, and their crew, more bodies will fall under the rain of bullets intended solely for Kway. Who will live, and who will survive to hustle another day?

In House of Virginia 2, death becomes common, circumstances are unimaginable, and sacrifices will be made, all while love and loyalty conquer all.

How it relates to what’s happening in today’s environment. This is so much like real street life.

I noticed the title a while back but focused on the title. Never would of thought about it like that until I caught the story line. I love your books as I inspire to become an author and read for audible. Thank you for showing that it can be done. Forever a fan Dena S.

Wow!!

The title had me confused at first with the 1st book. I am glad they explained things and how people need to be aware and protect themselves. The story line was good and the characters were good too.

Good Ending

Enjoyed the book however I could have did without the music throughout the listening to the book. Basically I fast forwarded through the music whenever it would begin to play.

Music overkill

I really enjoyed this book, the story was great, the narrators were good and Jessica Watkins never disappoints. What killed it for me was Tsu Surf and his music plugs. The playing of the songs and the repetitive mention of his name/music was extreme overkill. Im personally interested in story telling but felt like I was being sold music (unsolicited) throughout the entire book.

Good

I thought the first book was better. I felt this one was rushed. But it definitely held my attention.

Not too bad of a sequel

Pretty good continuation. I’d still like a movie or play of both books as well. 👍🏽👍🏽
