The stories were predictable but ok. I have noticed lots of stories with this virtual voice. Thought I would try it out for free. it has to many problems with intonation, throws you out of the story. this is especially bad in a horror story, where you are trying to set a mood. for free, sure I'll listen to them. but I'll not pay for these.

These stories were a little better, but not by much. Again not really what I would call horror stories. Some of them felt like I'd heard them before or watched them on a movie. Just no real substance to the writing, plot, characters or much else. Really don't like the computerized voice.

Not great horror stories

I didn’t make it to the end of second story. Computer narrator has distracting droning feel but with some human like inflection. Doesn’t work at all for me. If Audible goes this way I am out. The one star on writing is just for first story, I won’t learn if others are better.
