About this listen
Over at One Police Plaza, Regan's bridegroom, Jack, is trying to solve a perplexing series of bank robberies. The robber, nicknamed "The Drip" by the NYPD because he always strikes during rainstorms, has been eluding the police for months. Jack is determined to crack the case before his upcoming nuptials.
Carol Higgins Clark fuses the two seemingly unrelated mysteries with an ingenious twist, taking readers from the streets of New York City, to the casinos of Atlantic City, and finally to that most popular wedding spot, the one and only Las Vegas. She weaves a web of mystery around a charming, humorous tale of five April brides and the trials and tribulations they face planning their weddings.

He was found dead at his desk at home, his skull crushed by a blow with a Remington bronze sculpture, a prized piece from his art collection. The news strikes Greenwich society like a thunderbolt - as does the news that Molly Carpenter Lasch, the doctor's young wife, has been arrested for her husband's murder.

Nice Summertime Listen
A typical Carol Higgins Clark/Regan Reilly book - fast-paced, light-hearted and funny. I enjoyed all of the subplots that unfolded during the search for the wedding dress thieves. I'd love to have these characters as friends - life would NEVER be boring. This was the perfect audio book for a hot, sunny summer drive.

Narrator poor
The book was OK - difficult to follow with so many plots happening.
I think I would have enjoyed it more with another narrator.
The voice was what made my rating so low
