I really enjoyed this book. It starts you at the beginning with setting up the correct business entity to having the right mindset. Then the author moves you down the road to focusing on high margin products, Flex targeting, to fulfilling orders to outsourcing which is also a critical piece of the equation. Thumbs up!

No real substance of any type in this book
I was disappointed in the book. Some hype mixed with warnings that most people are looking to rip you off whether contractor, manager, or other real estate systems. I'm sure the author knows more from the school of hard knocks but couldn't find a way to put it out n a focused storyline.

He wasted my time explaining that property taxes are a rental expense! Duh! There are much better REI books.
