Excellent info!
Great audiobook with practical information that can be used to bolster health. If you're new to this topic, it's a great jumping off point; I found it easy to follow and enlightening. The interspersing of anecdotes added some humor, which helped to keep the info fresh. It walks you through herbal remedies but doesn't give the feel of needing to abandon traditional practices if you so choose. I particularly liked that it sets you up for success if you're venturing into planting herbs yourself, by outlining what you'd need, and also proper preparation of herbs.

Clear, Informative, Practical
This book really gave me a great insight into the blessing herbs can be in one's daily life. It really showed clearly the benefit of natural solutions to the various sicknesses and ailments we go through each day. It is a great authoritative and yet gentle introduction to the use of herbs and the functions of things like camomile in our bodies. I think anyone interested in natural solutions to headaches or colds or other afflictions will be very well aided and informed by this very well-narrated and very well-structured work. I highly recommend this book.
