About this listen

Have you ever wondered why some churches and preachers say that “everyone” who has true faith will be healed, while other churches and preachers say that the powerful gifts of the Holy Spirit, which brought miraculous healings in the first century Christian Church, are no longer available today? This book will scripturally prove that both of these extreme positions are in error. Dozens of scriptures will be presented which will prove that miraculous healings and deliverances are still accessible to those who fulfill the biblical requirements. And this book will clearly reveal what these scriptural requirements are.
You will see from numerous scriptures that Jesus conducted a threefold ministry of preaching and teaching, delivering people from demonic oppression and possession, and of healing the sick and disabled. And you will discover that this same threefold ministry was conducted by the apostles, and is also to be conducted by all true believers down through the centuries, including today. Yes, miraculous healings and deliverances can and should still be happening today. This book will reveal what is keeping them from happening, as well as what it will take to have them restored.

All theology, little practice

If you want to learn about healing and deliverance, read folks who are both theologically sound and seeing many people healed and delivered.

The author is critical of everyone; ceasationisits, "faith healers" and today's church. Many of his points are legitimate, but there is little for the aspiring practitioner.

Invest your time reading Randy Clark, John Wimber, Ken Fish, Heidi Baker and Bill Johnson. Many, many, many documented miracles (blind, deaf, lame, 'incurable' diseases headed) among that group. My wife was healed as a result of Jesus' power revealed in their ministries and we now have the joy of seeing folks regularly healed as we pray, too. God's power is real and Jesus still heals today!
