Easy Listening and relaxing
This guided meditation collection has become a great relaxing tool for me after long days at work. The focus on theta waves creates such a calming experience, it’s like my mind finally gets permission to slow down. The meditations are easy to follow, even if you’re new to mindfulness, and they’ve become a part of my nightly routine. I love how refreshed and balanced I feel afterward. The steps are not overwhelming and allow for flexibility depending on what is going on that day. My life is really busy with three small kids and full time job, so I have to fit in meditation and relaxation where I can. Perfect for anyone looking for a gentle, effective way to unwind and reset!

Better sleep and less stress
I was looking for an audiobook to help me relax and sleep better. This one is just what I wanted. It has over 10 hours of audio, so the book runs all that way through my sleep time. I have a hard time turning off my brain when I lay down, and now I just concentrate on the sounds, and I fall asleep and stay asleep better than ever. Highly recommend this one.

Great for meditating
I just finished listening to this, and it has really helped calm me down and put me in a perfect headspace. Theta waves and the frequencies help my brain switch from being frantic and nervous to slowing down and much calmer. This results in me feeling happy and relaxed

Kick Back and Relax
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these meditations really help me unwind. The guided sessions are calming and easy to follow, and the background sounds make it easier to focus. Incredibly Calming
This meditation series has been very helpful for me to unwind and relax before going to bed at night to help me sleep better. I also like to use several of the guided meditations to get my day started off with my intentions and to get clear on what I want and my goals. I have noticed when I am calmer, I am more productive and can make better decisions. The theta wave aspect has really made a difference from other meditations.
