Great
I have RA, and I truly believe that following this kind of diet really works. I’ve been recently diagnosed and I am taking medication but I am also following this diet and I am noticing great advance so I can hope to enter in remission as posible. Thank you for this great book. Recommended.

Listening to detailed health terms easier than reading them!
At first the reading was robotic but the technical health terms were easier to understand. Great info to start me on my research into the rheumatoid arthritis I’ve been ignoring. I’ve already made lots of dietary changes but the supplements sound helpful. Glad I chose this book!

If you were looking for a clear roadmap this is not the book.
This is not the book for a lay person who is simply looking for an actionable guide to curing your arthritis.
The author goes on and on about all of her successes and research but it was impossible to wade through all that and get a clear list of things to do in spite of the fact that she kept promising that we would learn how to do it in later chapters.
I am not unfamiliar with the role that probiotics and different foods play in our gut health… and how her gut health is directly responsible for inflammation and arthritis… And yet I just couldn't find anywhere in this book that gave me a clear path to curing this problem.
The PDF just consist of a bunch of recipes instead of a food list, nowhere did I see a probiotic list.
